  Regular inspections of the machinery can find faults in time and help extend the service life. The inspection work of the reducer includes two aspects: internal inspection and external inspection. Then, how should we conduct internal inspection on it? The reducer manufacturer introduced us to the following 3 inspection methods.
1. Check the North and South bearing clearances of the reducer: the clearances of the south and north bearings of the I shaft are 0.15mm and 0.10mm respectively; the clearances of the south and north bearings of the II shaft are 0.22mm and 0.20mm respectively; the north and south bearings of the III shaft The clearances are 0.15mm and 0.20mm respectively.
2. Check the gap between the east and west distance rings: the gap between the east and west distance rings are 0.64mm and 0.40mm respectively. The output shaft elevation can be adjusted to the distance between the upper and lower casing joint surface and the low point of the output shaft is 224.98 mm.
3. There is slight pitting on the working tooth surfaces of the high-speed shaft pinion gear and the large gear meshing with it.
 The internal inspection of the reducer is very important. It can avoid all kinds of small failures of the machine and make the machine achieve the ideal use effect when it is working. Therefore, when we use it, we can carry out internal inspections on the reducer according to the above methods to avoid malfunctions.
